Our CRM Helpdesk and Job module is designed to provide you and your customers with a great support experience. It can be used both internally and externally and can be offered as a bespoke helpdesk solution if required.

Your customers can log tickets automatically, whether directly from your web site or sent via email. You can respond to tickets through the CRM Helpdesk module and receive responses directly back into the CRM Helpdesk, keeping your customers informed every step of the way.

You can define ticket priorities and flag jobs as chargeable or non-chargeable. You can assign the ticket to a user or Team. Once a job is completed CRM Helpdesk can automatically email your billing team with a copy of the timesheet for prompt invoicing.

With CRM Timesheet reporting you can generate timesheets directly from the CRM. Timesheet reports are selectable for any data range, by customer, by employee and by job.
